ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังประชุมคณะทำงานพัฒนาช่องทางเข้าออกประเทศท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง มุ่งยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและสุขาภิบาล

เมื่อวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 13.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแตรทอง 1 ศูนย์สวัสดิการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ได้ประชุมคณะทำงานพัฒนาช่องทางเข้าออกประเทศ ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2568 โดยมี นางสิริมา กีรตยาคม รองผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง และ นายวีรชาติ พุทธรักษา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง เป็นประธานการประชุม

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สรุปผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของช่องทางฯ ตามกฎอนามัยระหว่างประเทศ (IHR 2005) และพิจารณาแนวทางการดำเนินงานในปี 2569 โดยประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่

- ย้ำความสำคัญของ การปฏิบัติตาม IHR 2005 เพื่อควบคุมและป้องกันโรคระบาดข้ามพรมแดน

- รายงาน ผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก ครอบคลุมการสื่อสาร การจัดการสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อม และการเตรียมพร้อมตอบโต้ภาวะฉุกเฉิน ซึ่ง ผ่านการประเมิน 100% ต่อเนื่องทุกปี ครอบคลุม 17 ท่าเทียบเรือ

- สรุปผลการ เฝ้าระวังโรคและพาหะนำโรค โดยไม่พบปัญหากาฬโรค และมีการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในกระบวนการตรวจสอบ

- การประเมินคุณภาพน้ำ อาหาร อากาศ และการจัดการสุขาภิบาล ซึ่งยังคงรักษามาตรฐานระดับสูง รวมทั้ง ห้องน้ำสาธารณะได้มาตรฐาน HAS ต่อเนื่อง 7 ปี

- การเฝ้าระวังโรคไข้หวัดนก H5N1 ที่แม้ประเทศไทยยังไม่มีรายงานผู้ป่วยยืนยัน แต่ยังคงรักษาระดับการเฝ้าระวังและคัดกรองอย่างเข้มงวด

นอกจากนี้ที่ประชุมยังพิจารณาแผนการอบรมบุคลากรเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการสื่อสารและการตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พร้อมขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการปี 2569 โดยเน้นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก 3 ด้าน คือ สื่อสาร – ปกติ – ฉุกเฉิน และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อเสริมความปลอดภัยของช่องทางเข้าออกประเทศตามมาตรฐานสากล

Laem Chabang Port Holds Meeting to Enhance International Health and Safety Standards at Points of Entry

On August 26, 2025, at the Thratong 1 Meeting Room, Laem Chabang Port convened the 2nd Working Group Meeting on Development of Points of Entry for 2025. The meeting was co-chaired by Mrs. Sirima Keeratayakom, Deputy Director of Laem Chabang Port, and Mr. Veerachat Phuttharaksa, Assistant Director of Laem Chabang Port.

The primary objectives were to review progress on strengthening core capacities under the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005) and to outline the operational plan for 2026. Key discussion points included:

- Reinforcing compliance with IHR 2005 to prevent and control cross-border disease outbreaks.

- Reporting on core capacity development covering communication, environmental sanitation, and emergency preparedness, with 100% compliance achieved across all 17 port terminal for seven consecutive years.

- Summarizing disease and vector surveillance measures, which confirmed zero plague incidence and the adoption of digital technology for enhanced monitoring.

- Presenting results of water, food, and air quality monitoring and sanitation management, including public toilets meeting HAS standards for seven consecutive years.

- Updating on avian influenza (H5N1) risk assessments, noting that while Thailand has reported no confirmed human cases for 19 years, strict screening and prevention measures remain in place.

The meeting also discussed plans for staff training to strengthen communication and emergency response capabilities, as well as strategies for implementing the 2026 operational plan, which emphasizes core capacities in communication, routine operations, and emergency response, ensuring international standards for health security at the port’s points of entry.
