เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 11.00 น. ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังจัดพิธีปิดการฝึกซ้อมการรักษาความปลอดภัย ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2568 โดยมี นาวาตรี นนท์เผ่าพงธ์ คูณสวัตถิกูล ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการกองบริการ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วย นางศิริพร ชลวานิช ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการกองบริหารงานทั่วไป และผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามโครงการ Washington State Partnership Program ตลอดจนผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานสำคัญทั้งภาครัฐ เอกชน และองค์กรท้องถิ่น เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องแตรทอง 1 ศูนย์สวัสดิการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง

เสริมความพร้อมรับมือสถานการณ์จริงด้วยการฝึกจำลองเสมือนจริง

การฝึกซ้อมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 22 สิงหาคม 2568 โดยไฮไลท์สำคัญคือ การจำลองสถานการณ์เสมือนจริง ในวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม สมมติให้เกิดเหตุแผ่นดินไหวที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของท่าเรือฯ และเกิดเพลิงไหม้จากสารเคมี การฝึกครั้งนี้มุ่งทดสอบการตอบสนองต่อภาวะฉุกเฉิน การตัดสินใจภายใต้ความกดดัน และการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ความร่วมมือระดับสากล สร้างมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยระดับโลก

การฝึกซ้อมในปีนี้ ได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายใต้โครงการ Washington State Partnership Program ซึ่งเป็นการยกระดับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และประสบการณ์ระหว่างประเทศไทยกับต่างประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับมาตรการความปลอดภัยทางทะเลของท่าเรือแหลมฉบังให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล

มุ่งสู่การพัฒนาท่าเรืออย่างยั่งยืน

ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการกองบริการเน้นย้ำว่า การฝึกซ้อมในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่เพิ่มศักยภาพด้านความปลอดภัยและความพร้อมรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ แผนการพัฒนาท่าเรือแหลมฉบังอย่างยั่งยืน โดยคำนึงถึง ความปลอดภัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผู้ใช้บริการ และชุมชนโดยรอบ พร้อมทั้งลดความเสี่ยงจากภัยธรรมชาติและอุบัติภัยที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ และเสริมความเชื่อมั่นในการเป็นท่าเรือสำคัญระดับภูมิภาค

Laem Chabang Port Concludes the 2nd Annual Security Exercise 2025 Strengthening Preparedness, Sustainability, and Global Cooperation

On August 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., Laem Chabang Port held the closing ceremony of the 2nd Annual Security Exercise. The event was presided over by Lt. Cmdr. Nonphapong Khunsawatthikul, Assistant Director of the Marine Service Division, with the presence of Mrs. Siriporn Chonlawanish, Assistant Director of the General Administration Division and an expert under the Washington State Partnership Program, along with representatives from key government agencies, private sectors, and local organizations.

Enhancing Readiness Through Realistic Scenario-Based Drills

The exercise, conducted from August 18–22, 2025, featured a realistic simulation on August 21, involving a hypothetical earthquake affecting the port’s infrastructure and triggering a chemical fire. This comprehensive drill aimed to test emergency response capabilities, decision-making under pressure, and inter-agency coordination to ensure efficient and timely operations during real-life emergencies.

International Cooperation for World-Class Safety Standards

The program received technical collaboration from the Washington State Partnership Program, reinforcing the exchange of expertise and best practices between Thailand and international partners. This collaboration reflects Laem Chabang Port’s commitment to aligning its maritime security and safety measures with global standards.

Driving Towards Sustainable Port Development

According to the Assistant Director of the Marine Service Division, this exercise not only strengthened security and emergency preparedness but also supports the long-term vision of sustainable development for Laem Chabang Port. The initiative prioritizes the safety of port personnel, users, and surrounding communities, while reducing risks from natural disasters and potential hazards. It underscores the Port’s mission to build confidence among stakeholders and position itself as a leading regional maritime hub with world-class operational resilience.
