เมื่อเวลา 09.00 น. วันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2568 นายวีรชาติ พุทธรักษา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง เป็นประธานเปิดการฝึกซ้อมการรักษาความปลอดภัย ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2568 ณ ห้องแตรทอง 1 ศูนย์สวัสดิการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง

การฝึกซ้อมครั้งนี้ มีผู้บริหารและพนักงานท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เข้าร่วม อาทิ อำเภอศรีราชา สำนักงานควบคุมการจราจรและความปลอดภัยทางทะเล กองกำกับการ 5 กองบังคับการตำรวจน้ำ การท่าเรือสัตหีบ ฐานทัพเรือสัตหีบ ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล สถานีตำรวจภูธรแหลมฉบัง ศูนย์พิสูจน์หลักฐาน 2 จังหวัดชลบุรี เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ เทศบาลตำบลบางละมุง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางพระ ผู้ประกอบการท่าเทียบเรือ หน่วยงานราชการ และโรงพยาบาลต่าง ๆ ในเขตอำเภอศรีราชา

นายวีรชาติฯ กล่าวว่า การฝึกซ้อมการรักษาความปลอดภัยท่าเรือแหลมฉบังได้ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องครบ 20 ปี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมในการรับมือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ตามมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยสากล (ISPS Code) ทั้งนี้ การฝึกซ้อมจัดขึ้นปีละ 2 ครั้ง ภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างท่าเรือแหลมฉบังและ Washington State Partnership Program ซึ่งริเริ่มมาตั้งแต่ปี 2547 เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ เช่น การรับมือเหตุแผ่นดินไหวสำหรับเรือและท่าเรือ ตลอดจนการเตรียมความพร้อมในการตอบโต้และเผชิญเหตุ ตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านความปลอดภัย

โอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ได้กล่าวขอบคุณทีมครูฝึกจาก Washington State Partnership Program ที่ให้ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในครั้งนี้ รวมถึงผู้แทนจากทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ความร่วมมือเข้าร่วมการฝึกซ้อม อันเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจแก่ผู้ใช้บริการท่าเรือแหลมฉบังอย่างยั่งยืน

On August 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., Mr. Veerachat Phuttharaksa, Assistant Director of Laem Chabang Port, presided over the opening ceremony of the Second Laem Chabang Port Security Drill of 2025, held at Trathong 1 Room, Laem Chabang Port Welfare Center. The event was attended by executives and staff of Laem Chabang Port, together with representatives from government agencies, local administrative organizations, private sector operators, and hospitals in Si Racha District.

Mr. Veerachat Phuttharaksa stated that Laem Chabang Port has continuously conducted security drills for 20 years with the objective of strengthening preparedness in handling emergency situations in accordance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. The drills are organized twice a year under the Washington State Partnership Program, which has been in place since 2004, to exchange knowledge and experiences on incident management such as earthquake preparedness for ships and ports, as well as emergency response operations.

On this occasion, the Assistant Director expressed appreciation to the training team from the Washington State Partnership Program for their knowledge sharing, and extended gratitude to all participating agencies for their cooperation, which plays an essential role in enhancing the confidence of Laem Chabang Port users in a sustainable manner.
