ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังต้อนรับผู้ตรวจประเมินจาก PEMSEA เพื่อติดตามระบบมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (PSHEMS ระดับที่ 2) ประจำปี 2568
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 08.30 น. นางสิริมา กีรตยาคม รองผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง พร้อมด้วย คณะทำงานระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ได้ให้การต้อนรับ คุณ Cardinal Renato ผู้ตรวจติดตามจากหน่วยงาน Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) ณ ห้องประชุม 3 อาคารบริหารท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง เนื่องในโอกาสการตรวจติดตามระบบมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมท่าเรือ (Port Safety, Health and Environmental Management System: PSHEMS) ระดับที่ 2 ประจำปี 2568
ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล โดยเริ่มนำระบบ PSHEMS มาประยุกต์ใช้ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552 และได้รับการรับรองจาก PEMSEA ระดับที่ 1 ในปีเดียวกัน ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2563 ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังได้รับใบรับรอง PSHEMS ระดับที่ 2 (ครั้งที่ 1) และยังคงรักษามาตรฐานมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง กระทั่งเมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2567 ได้รับใบรับรอง PSHEMS ระดับที่ 2 เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ซึ่งมีอายุการรับรอง 3 ปี ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความสำเร็จที่สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการยกระดับมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
นอกจากนี้ ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังยังได้รับความร่วมมือจาก ผู้ประกอบการท่าเทียบเรือและกิจกรรมต่อเนื่องจำนวน 3 ราย ได้แก่
• บริษัท ทีไอพีเอส จำกัด ผู้ประกอบการท่าเทียบเรือบี 4
• บริษัท แอลซีบี คอนเทนเนอร์ เทอร์มินัล 1 จำกัด และ บริษัท แอล ซี เอ็ม ที จำกัด ผู้ประกอบการท่าเทียบเรือเอ 0 และ บี 1
• บริษัท เอสซีจี เจดับเบิ้ลยูดี จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้ประกอบการคลังสินค้าอันตราย
โดยผู้ประกอบการทั้งสามรายได้มีส่วนสำคัญในการดำเนินงานยกระดับมาตรฐาน PSHEMS และได้รับการรับรองระบบ PSHEMS ระดับที่ 2 เช่นเดียวกัน
การตรวจติดตามในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่จะสะท้อนถึงผลการดำเนินงาน จุดแข็ง และแนวทางการพัฒนาปรับปรุงของท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ตลอดจนเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อพัฒนาท่าเรือให้ปลอดภัย ได้มาตรฐานสากล เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และยั่งยืนต่อทั้งภูมิภาคและประชาคมโลก
Laem Chabang Port Welcomes PEMSEA Auditor for the 2025 PSHEMS Level 2 Surveillance Audit
On Monday, 1 September 2025 at 08.30 hrs., Ms. Sirima Keeratiyakom, Deputy Director of Laem Chabang Port, together with the Port Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (PSHEMS) Working Team, warmly welcomed Mr. Cardinal Renato, Auditor from the Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) at Meeting Room 3, Administration Building, Laem Chabang Port. The visit was part of the 2025 surveillance audit of the Port Safety, Health and Environmental Management System (PSHEMS) Level 2.
Laem Chabang Port has long recognized the importance of international standards in port management. Since 2009, the port has implemented the PSHEMS framework and, in the same year, received its first certification at Level 1 from PEMSEA. In 2020, Laem Chabang Port achieved its first PSHEMS Level 2 certification, and has since maintained the standard with continuous improvements. Most recently, on 25 September 2024, the Port was granted its third PSHEMS Level 2 certification, valid for three years—marking another milestone that reflects the port’s strong commitment to safety, occupational health, and environmental stewardship.
In this achievement, Laem Chabang Port has also received close cooperation and support from three key operators, namely:
• TIPS Co., Ltd. operates berth B4
• LCB Container Terminal 1 (LCB1) and LCMT Company Limited (LCMT) operates berths A0/B0
• SCG JWD Logistics Public Company Limited, operates Dangerous Goods cargo warehouse
All three operators have been certified with PSHEMS Level 2 as well, further reinforcing collective efforts to raise port safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
This surveillance audit serves as an important opportunity to reflect on Laem Chabang Port’s strengths, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen international cooperation. It also reinforces the port’s commitment to being a safe, internationally recognized, environmentally friendly, and sustainable port—benefiting both the region and the global community.
